ABSTRACT

Science and Technology have been contributing since the ancient times in the development of Human Welfare and has been an indispensable part of every human society, be it general science, medical science etc. In today’s time, the Criminal Law has expanded to accept Forensic Evidence through Scientific approach and Expert opinions in various domains like Ballistic report, Handwriting Experts, Fingerprints, Lie detection test and so on. This article is based on the study of Admissibility of Evidence obtained by Scientific methods and Techniques.
