A Study On Types Of Problems Faced By A Girl Child In Indian Society And An Overview Of Legislative

ABSTRACT

There are many problems that is faced by the girl children in Indian society and those problems are still prevailing in the Indian problem and due to these problems the girl children are suffering a lot and even the girl children are facing more problems in the family itself and the girl children even can’t achieve their dreams due to the certain problems that they are facing and the Indian society is mainly based on their rich heritage and customs. The Researcher intends to know about the problems faced by the girl children in the Indian society. The researcher also intends to know about the punishment that are available for the offender who are committing the offences against the girl children in India. The researcher also intends to know about the reform measures for the girl children who are affected due to an offence and the researcher also intends to know about the present stage of the offences which are committed by the offenders against the girl children. The researcher also intends to mention about the cruelty that is done against the girl children and the researcher also wanted to display that even the offences against the girl children is taking place against the girl children in the schools also. The researcher has used empirical method and the chi square, bar graphs and charts are used by the researcher for the SPSS. The primary and secondary sources were collected through online questionnaire, online surveys, magazine, journal, books and articles. The researcher has taken around 200 samples by the way of the survey and The researcher used convenient sampling method to get the samples. The researcher also suggest that the more offences against the girl children in the night time only and still now it has not been changed so the researcher suggestion is that more female police officers need to be appointed which will be helpful to tackle the problems related to the girl children so the girl children need to be protected and they need to be supported to achieve great heights rather than harassing or causing cruelty to the girl children.
