A Study On The Central Investigating Agencies In India And The FBI In The USA

ABSTRACT


The government has many agencies working to protect the country, such as the police and military, but certain agencies investigate matters to help these agencies meet their goals. In India, the CBI, ED, RAW, NCB and so on and In the US, mainly the FBI and other agencies work towards protecting their respective countries from various criminal activities. The Indian agencies have earned a good standing and have a few agencies that have a multidisciplinary approach with legality and trust. The author has referred to primary and secondary sources. This online note aims to put forth the various functions, criticism, relevance, loopholes and suggestions of various investigating agencies in the India and USA. This online note also tries to convey to its readers how the FBI in the USA tries to combat most of the crimes in their state by subdividing their agency even though there are various other investigating agencies in the USA.
