ABSTRACT


Due to the rapid development of the modern technology the basic right to privacy is under unprecedented difficulties due to the exponential advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The intricate relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and privacy is explored in this paper, with an emphasis on how AI is affecting personal information, individual rights, and autonomy. The first section of this paper outlines the core ideas behind both the right to privacy and artificial intelligence (AI). This analysis delves into how AI technologies are altering individuals' perspectives on privacy. AI's ability to autonomously process vast amounts of personal data raises profound ethical and legal questions regarding consent, transparency, and data protection among the people in the technological world. Concerns have been raised about possible privacy violations resulting from the use of AI powered methods for data gathering and analysis, such as biometric identification, facial recognition, and predictive analytics. Artificial intelligence is becoming more and more prevalent, which presents both opportunities and challenges for protecting people's right to privacy. As AI technologies improve, it is more important to strike compulsion for safeguarding people's fundamental right to privacy.
