India is the country having the second-highest number of people in working age on the planet. India's labour force is a crucial component that influences every aspect of the economy, including capital generation, savings, investments, and production. They are the main tool used to achieve socio economic advancement. However, the unfriendly nature of modern industrialization and the decline in amicable and pleasant interactions between employers and employees have led to a number of labour issues. In order to prevent exploitation of workers and to defend their rights and interests, the Indian government has passed a number of labour legislation acts. However, there are a number of shortcomings and restrictions related to the execution and observance of labour laws in our nation.
