A Legal Interpretation On Environmental Scope In Global-Indo-Keralite Coastline

ABSTRACT

The Indian peninsula has a unique coastline which makes the Indian environmental diversity dynamic. The sea level rises up the emergence and importance of coastal areas, which has a numerous abundance of bio- elements which makes the coastal soil fertile.

Even though, the coastal spaces of the world has various scope, it also faces a lot of endangering depletions due to the influence of developmental activities by human beings and faces several environmental and social issues especially in Indian land. It is important to check up the important initiatives taken on Kerala Coastal line and study it in a scientific approach in orderto tackle such environmental hurdles thus saving the mankind.

In this article, the aim is to understand the different legal measures made by world countries, the present natural contexts in Kerala coastline and the legislations taken by the Central and State government to protect the coastal arena from depletion.
