ABSTRACT

The basic ideology of an alternate dispute resolution (ADR), is to settle disputes without the involvement of the courtroom. The objective of this paper is to analyse the ADR methods of the countries India, Russia and Japan which are of focus in this paper. This paper also contains the procedures of each ADR method in each country.
